I'm having difficulty deciding

Do what Bennub said; however at level 33 you are going to be profiting from crafting atmosphere runes. Magic: Now you when you have sufficient cash (~40k) purchase a water staff, couple hundred earth runes and few hundred body runes. Now throw contested till level 11, subsequently weaken to level 19. Since you can throw them while safe-spotting you won't need food. When you run out of runes or  OSRS gold get bored you can always get back to other skills, get cash and return later. You can also cast combat spells if you want to.

Right, then cast curse to level 25, Varrock teleport to level 37, Falador teleport to level 43. Then comes Superheat. As you'll need atleast 15 Smithing to generate iron bars(or even 30 for metal bars; both are very good, depends on personal preference) I'd say train your Smithing (and Mining while you're at it). Mining + Smithing: Again do what Bennub stated (he's actually quite helpful, surprisingly xD) for Mining. After your 15(or 30), you can start Superheating. You might also buy bars and smith them.My stats are under and have the following - I am very poor by the way - less than 1m gc Mage. Mystic Robes & employees, Mirror or elem. Glory Ammy & CB Brace. Someone on line has indicated I concentrate on getting my strength stats up to 99 and find a GW sword (beyond my means) - any comments?

I'm having difficulty deciding what 99 to go for next. At the moment I am finishing off smithing and fletching. My WC was close for many years but probably will not bother. I hate gaining combat levels, I've been 84 fight for over a year. I have come up with 3 ideas that will give me some battle levels in exchange for some epic stats. I simply don't know which to select for. I'm not going to  Buy RS gold perform more than one option, because that would make my combat too high.
