Locating the Audit logs
The users can try to locate audit logs for which the steps are given below to follow to fix the Zoho mail login problems.

For the initial step, you need to login into the Zoho mail control panel to proceed further.

In the next step, you have to look for the Troubleshoot section and once you have found it you have to select the Audit logs from there.

There is another option available too which is to search it by the category or even by the admin user or you can also search by the date too.

Now you have to select the option saying export logs option further followed by the option saying encrypt with the password to get rid of Zoho email login troubles.

The last step to finish is to click on the Export file and it is done.

Checking on the blocked accounts
There is a possibility that you might have blocked some contact that is why you are not receiving the message and hence are facing Zoho mail website login issues so you need to check the accounts that you have blocked and should also look forward to unblocking all of them in order to receive the emails from those accounts for better functioning of the Zoho mail.
