The Community TOTS promo in the mobile game is set to kick off on April 29 -- using similar players to the regular console game and computer versions but most players will miss out on it entirely.EA Sports announced on April 28 that they had removed over 10,000 players from the game for cheating before the campaign was set to launch.

The suspensions last for three weeks. That means those who were included within the wave of bans will be unable to participate in the promotion entirely, and the last chance to beef up their teams prior to when the game concludes the cycle."We've temporarily suspended more than 10,000 players who have played a game of chess during PvE/AI match," they stated in the statement.Exactly what cheats the players were using was not divulged.
