I'm trying to figure it out - I've discovered how to cut down trees

I'm an old-newbie. I used to play Runescape at some point in the past. I upgraded my computer and RuneScape Gold hadn't played for a while. I loaded the game on my new laptop this weekend, which means I'm playing the latest version of Runescape and I've largely forgotten all about the basics such as game controls shop locations in my area, how to look at the inventory of my game, and how I can heal/regenerate hit points (I'm an in-game player for free), etc.

I'm trying to figure it out - I've discovered how to cut down trees, light cooking/eating food to recover health, etc. I've learned a few aspects I'm not sure how to cast spells, but maybe I'm not at enough in level to need them. (Level 17)

I've done this "Shadow Over Arsdale" quest and got through to the huge critter which kills instantly if you see it. I've read the guide and I know I have to get some sort of ranged attack, however I forgot that I'm out of arrows - and I can't remember how to travel place-to-place in order to reach the Grand Exchange. I'm in a way 'based' out of Taverly Is there a place that I can purchase archers?

I'm thinking that I should go back to the beginning I'm not sure if it's unnecessary to lose the games and the money that I have when I can learn how to play without having to start from scratch. Do you know of some beginner's guides? Perhaps, at a minimum, let me know which arrows I should purchase to finish this task?

Disassembling Augmented Refined Anima The Core Legs are at Level 10 and is the cheapest* way to ensure that you have cywir as well as Illujankan (maybe shadow as well) components. Cheap is relative, however, it still costs 16m for 4 components.

But, it is a bit wasteful to just disassemble after it reaches level 10. It's basically destroying an excellent piece of t85 degrade-to-dust power armor which has at a minimum 90% of its degrade charges not used. Important to OSRS Money know is that the addition of Body armor with t85 is significantly greater, averaging over 6m according to the date of writing. So, it might not be a good idea to enhance the Body as well. This implies you'll have to add some other body armor.
