INTRODUCTION

Bimatoprost Lumigan 0.03% 3ml contains Bimatoprost, which is part of the group of drugs called prostanoids. It is an anti-glaucoma medication that is designed to decrease high pressure within the eye. It can be used by itself or in combination together with beta-blockers, which also decrease pressure. Eyes are made up of a clear, watery liquid that nourishes the eye's interior. The liquid is often drained from the eye, and a new one is created to replace it. If the liquid can't be drained out in a short time then the pressure inside the eye rises up. Dispose of the contact lenses prior to applying for the medicine.

Use this medicine only as prescribed by your physician you. This medication should only be applied to the eyes. This medication can cause the eyelashes to darken and increase in size, and also cause the skin around your eyelid to darken, too. The colour of your eyes could change over time. These changes can be permanent. Consult your doctor for advice. This does not recommend for infants or adolescents who are younger than 18 years.

WHAT Bimatoprost Lumigan 0.03% 3ml DOES WORKS

Bimatoprost Lumigan 0.03% 3ml is a 1% compound that works by increasing the volume of liquid being drained and reducing pressure within the eye. If the pressure in the eye is not decreased it may result in a condition called glaucoma, which can eventually affect your vision. It decreases the intraocular pressure (IOP) in humans by causing an increase in the outflow of the aqueous humour through the trabecular meshwork as well as the uveoscleral pathways.

Instructions for Use
