When both assignments are completed

1. Put on your entire mourner equipment and visit Arandar pass. Walk inside the elven town for the very first time, and RS gold go immediately south to get to the Death Guard HQ.

Go inside and talk to Ioffrdin Chillingworth, the chief of worldwide mourners. He'll be angry, because apparently somebody (you) has loathed a part of the forest where they had been collecting herbs. Ask what the new assignment is and he'll say he wants large quantities of coal tar. Ask why and he will say that is just for himself and Lord Iorworth to know.

Throw in a few powder in the storage bin east of you. Search the bookshelf to get a scientific dictionary. Report to Chillingworth and provide him your potion. With the dictionary on your inventory, you'll have the ability to convince him that it really works. Chillingworth then receives a message in Iorworth, also leaves. Search the vault to get a puzzle. The mourners, it seems, would like to burn down the whole forest, and Ardoungne as well.

2. For the corrupted lamps, you will be told this mission is beyond your skill since you cannot do the chanting of Seren. Talk to either one, but Ilfeen is simpler, as speaking to Iswyln will get you sent to find Ilfeen.

Whichever one you choose will inform you that Eluned told them about your fight with the Tracker, and that because you're so great with a halberd, you might think about a crystal pike, which they have remembered how to create. Ilfeen will initiate a dialog about your previous experiences. Of particular interest to her is the fact that during Underground Pass, you resisted the attraction of Iban's demons and remained pure. She then concludes that you might make a fantastic apprentice, and asks you to study the Chanting of Seren.

Since you aren't an elf, however, you would only ever be able to do it alongside an elf, or using a crystal made especially for whatever task you're doing. Accept, you will observe several cutscenes of your self learning the basics. You're provided a special crystal, and are advised to use this on various lamps around Isafdar to determine if they are corrupted. You know that they are because if they can be, a greater hero will look. You can now get crystal pikes out of Ilfeen and Iswylyn.

When both assignments are completed, report to Ariannwyn for the dangerous mission yet. You will be asked to report to King Lathas of Ardougne and spy on him to see what he is planning with Iorworth. Proceed to Ardougne and talk with King Lathas about what happened in Regicide.

He'll thank you again for your services, and state he has already rewarded you. There will be a knock on the door, and you will be asked to leave. Listen at doorway and you'll hear a dialogue between King Lathas and buy OSRS gold among Lord Iorworth's guys. You'll find out that you were never intended to be their pawn in murdering Tyras, but you knew too much, so he tried sending you to Iban's grip. Unfortunately for them, you beat Iban, which set their plans back, so that they made up for this with you kill Tyras. Both will then agree that the attack will happen at sundown.
