A cursory Google search for the term returns hundreds of websites, most of them having one of these terms in OSRS Gold their URLs. They offer the currency of RuneScape to exchange real money. This followed the news on the 13th of October, that Jagex is putting an end to "real-world trade". In a post on its blog "The RuneScape Team" stated that "gold bought through RWT real-world trading is a problem in every online game with tradeable currency."
Jagex has announced that it will be sending "messages to those we've identified that are engaged with"RWT" within "the next few hours". "For anyone who has been involved, we'd like to emphasize that this is the single or only warning" Jagex added.
It was also announced that the game's PvP feature, Duel Arena, would undergo major changes that include stricter enforcement of the game's code of conduct so as to encourage positive playing. Jagex says the feature "has been a source of anger for this type of behavior".
However, prior to that what the publisher refers to as "short-term measures" will be implemented "until our teams of developers are able to bring a major update to completely replaces the Duel Arena in the coming year."
RuneScape hasn't survived for more than twenty years due to the fact that it's an average experience that doesn't have any players over the long run. As an MMORPG it's an aspect of a genre that seems to OSRS Gold For Sale be constantly on the verge of extinction considering the popularity of only a very few games.
