Micro excavators are most commonly found in agricultural or landscaping fields, but they can be found anywhere. The efficiency of their work is determined by the speed at which they rotate. During operation, drivers may encounter faults such as a slow rotation speed that they must correct. The following aspects are specifically reflected in the following aspects, according to empirical analysis: reduced efficiency of the hydraulic steering system; low system pressure; a faulty oil circuit; and air in the system.

1. The hydraulic steering system's pressure is too low as a result of the weakening of the spring force of the overflow valve; 2. The inner cylindrical surface and sealing ring of the central swivel

It is possible that the low-pressure pipeline joint is loose or the oil pipe is broken.
(4) The clearance between the piston sealing ring of the steering cylinder and the inner wall of the cylinder barrel is either excessively large, or the sealing ring and gasket are both damaged; and
5. Internal leakage of the steering pump; 6. Contamination of the hydraulic best mini excavator oil; 7. Presence of air in the hydraulic steering system

8. The steering aid's check valve is not completely closed; 9.

Method of inspection:

One consequence of a reduction in the spring force of the overflow valve is that it will be unable to function properly, resulting in the steering hydraulic cylinder being unable to rotate and the rotation speed being slow. The oil pressure gauge should be installed, then the engine should be started, the steering wheel should be killed to the left or right, obstacles should be placed on either side of the front wheel, and then the oil pressure gauge should be observed. If the pressure is less than 7MPa, properly adjust the overflow valve by screwing the adjusting screw inward (after loosening the fixing nut, of course).

Secondly, if both the inner cylindrical surface of the shell of the central swivel joint and the seal ring have been severely worn, the entire oil-gas system that passes through the central swivel joint will cross each other at the time of a sealing failure, resulting in insensitive operation of each system. If the high-pressure oil from the steering cylinder leaks into the air circuit or other hydraulic pipelines (such as the suspension and outrigger pipelines), the amount of hydraulic oil supplied to the steering cylinder will be reduced as well.
Open the hand brake valve if it is closed. If the oil mist contained in the gas ejected from the hand brake valve indicates that the central swivel is severely worn and that high-pressure oil is leaking into the air rock breaker for mini excavator, the hand brake valve should be replaced.

Air will enter the hydraulic steering system if the low-pressure pipe joint becomes loose and the fire oil pipe becomes damaged, resulting in a slow rotation speed.

Begin by starting the engine and keeping an eye on the hydraulic oil tank as you turn the steering wheel. For as long as bubbles are visible in the oil tank, it can be assumed that there is an air leak in the low-pressure pipeline system.

When the clearance between the steering cylinder piston sealing ring and the inner wall of cylinder barrel is too large or the sealing ring and gasket are damaged, high-pressure oil from the high-pressure chamber will leak into the low-pressure chamber, reducing the amount of high-pressure oil that actually enters the working high-pressure chamber, resulting in a slow action of the steering cylinder.

It is possible to remove and replace the steering cylinder on another excavator without causing steering failure during the evaluation process, in order to conduct a comparative test. If the steering is still good after the replacement, it indicates that there is no problem with the hydraulic cylinder itself, which is good news. It is possible that the seal in the steering cylinder has failed, which would indicate a problem with the steering cylinder seal.

5. The steering will become dull as a result of the internal leakage of the steering pump. The fact that the clearance between the side of the steering pump rotor and blade and the end face of the side plate is too large is a significant contributing factor to internal leakage of the steering pump (the normal clearance should generally be within 0.047mm and the maximum should not exceed 0.1mm). It is possible to install a new pump for comparison testing after the steering hydraulic cylinder, central swivel, and steering gear have all performed satisfactorily. If the steering performance improves significantly after the pump has been replaced, it has been proven that the problem is with the steering pump.

4. Poor oil circulation in the hydraulic steering system or jamming of the steering pump will result from hydraulic oil pollution, which will result in a slow rotation speed. Clean the hydraulic steering system as well as the oil tank, and then replace the engine oil.

(7) If the steering oil circuit is exposed to the air, place the shift lever in the air, and use the working device to support the front wheel of the mini excavator supplier in the air. Slowly turn the steering wheel to the left, and loosen the oil pipe joint located in the large cavity of the steering cylinder for 1-2 rotations. As long as there are no bubbles in the emerging oil, quickly tighten the joint and all of the air in the large cavity of the steering cylinder can be discharged; the air discharge method in the small cavity of the steering cylinder is essentially the same as the previous one, with the exception that the steering wheel must be turned to the right.

8. The check valve has the following functions in the hydraulic steering system: during hydraulic steering, it is used to close the channel between the steering pump and the oil tank in order to strictly separate the high-pressure oil circuit from the low-pressure oil circuit; during hydraulic steering, it is used to close the channel between the steering pump and the oil tank in order to strictly separate the high-pressure oil circuit from the low-pressure oil circuit; during hydraulic steering, it is used to close the channel between the steering pump and the oil tank in order to strictly

This device is used during manual steering to open the channel that runs between the oil tank and the steering pump. So when the steering pump is operating, if the check valve is not tightly closed, some pressure oil will escape through the check valve and flow back through it, allowing it to enter the oil tank and escape through the vent hole. The leakage of pressure oil will lower the oil pressure in the steering hydraulic system, which will cause the excavator's rotation speed to slow as a result. Additionally, at this time, due to a decrease in oil pressure in the steering hydraulic system, it will be more difficult to exhaust air from the hydraulic steering system, resulting in an increase in the free stroke of the steering wheel and increased steering weight.
