Can I pay someone to write my coursework?

Hello, as a student, I have a very hectic schedule, and I am having a hard time in completing my work on time. Due to loads of assignments and papers pending, I am now looking to pay someone to write my coursework at a cheap price. But, I am really confused if I can do that or not? Is it legal? I just want some work done as I am also working on my projects as well and want to distribute some load off my shoulders. It would be great if I can get a genuine recommendation and advice here.
