If you'd like to start leveling while making food you can also do it but it's longer than doing these quests. From levels 1-20, we cook Sardines and you'll have to Buy RuneScape Gold make only around 120 of them (without burning) to get to levels 20. They're a good choice than Shrimps. To start off just fill your freezer with Sardines. click on the fish you want to cook and then on the fire and cook time will be automatically started for each subsequent fish.

In this level gap, the most ideal fish to cook will be a Trout. It is possible to catch them with the fly-fishing in Barbarian Village, which is located near Varrock or even near Lumbridge Castle. If you're just beginning to become a player and don't have money, you can go there using an axe, and a an open fire.

Near the fishing area, players will drop raw Trout while doing speedleveling fishing. You can pick it up by lighting the flame and cook them on the spot. If you have cash it's better to buy them by Grand Exchange and cook Trout at Rogue's Den or Hosidius House. You'll need about 130 Trouts to attain the level 30.

Like Trouts, you can get these easily at Barbarian Village for free, where they are dropped on by players. To cook 50, it should require around 1000 cooked Salmons and will take few hours.

One of the most important fish that is no longer burning at level 59 with Cooking Gauntlets and at Buy OSRS Fire Cape Cooking Range you can't fail to get this one. Also from this point of the training guide for skills, if you follow subsequent steps of leveling, you won't be burning any additional food.
