There may be several reasons behind not working of My5 App on Amazon Fire Stick.
Maybe the My5 App server is down or the app is in under maintenance. Other than this, there are other common issues that can interrupt your service.
The most common solution is to clear the cache and data for the app, then log back in and see if this issue persists.
- Go to Settings on your Fire TV.
- Select Applications.
- In Manage Installed Applications, select the My5 App.
- Select Clear Cache, and then Clear Data.
