Can you run Avast Antivirus in Windows 10?

So from some days, this question is asked by many people that can they use third party antivirus in their Windows 10. And by third party they meant Avast Antivirus only. So sometimes ago people were complaining that avast not opening windows 10 and after updates, the situation got even worse!
